Chris Hopkins, Chief Operating Officer: Chris has over 14 years of experience in the transcription industry, primarily in operations. He spent five years at MedQuist, where he served as regional vice president and director of MT Recruiting. Prior to that, he served in several administrative and management roles at SecrePhone. At Landmark, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of service implementation and ongoing client management, including all technical and administrative aspects of the account. Kathy Eberle, Quality Assurance/Operations Manager: Kathy has over 25 years in the transcription business, as a transcriptionist, QA specialist and business owner. In her current role, she is responsible for all quality assurance activities at Landmark, as well as account implementations, and training and development. C. Miles Frantz, Vice President, Sales and Marketing: Miles joined Landmark Transcription in June 2009 and has been actively involved in the medical industry for over five years. Prior to joining Landmark, Miles served as the director of sales and marketing for MedScribe. He is a proven executive with over 12 years of experience in the area of sales, marketing and customer relations. Our customer-friendly and flexible PersSCRIBE™ System offers your practice personalized, convenient and user-friendly electronic templates that work with our transcription services and your unique needs. Print-ready templates for medical forms, fax cover sheets, health records and billing are easily customized to meet your individual needs. Landmark Transcription understands the need to feel comfortable with a new transcription service. We also understand that you don't want to be locked into lengthy contracts or a multi-year "deal" -- which usually doesn't amount to much of a deal. That's why we offer prospective clients a free, no-risk trial. We will set you up in our system or work in yours, at no cost to you. We will transcribe up to 1,000 lines free of charge. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our work, our customer service, or our technology, you can walk away with no strings attached. If you do stay with us, and we are confident you will, our Client Service Agreement is short and easy to understand. You can cancel the agreement for any reason or no reason with 30 days notice and there are no minimum volume requirements.
